Purpose of the processing and scope of communication of personal data
The Company Oiltech S.r.l. may process the personal data of users for the following purposes:

The personal data of users will be processed with automated tools and only by employees and collaborators of Oiltech S.r.l. expressly appointed “designated for processing”.

Communication of data
The data of the users, object of the treatment, will not be disclosed. They may be communicated to Subjects contractually linked to Oiltech S.r.l., within the European Union, in accordance with the provisions of GDPR no. 679/2016. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:
- Companies that deal with the development and technical and commercial management of the website;
- External collaborators with commercial functions;
- Partner companies in the development of products and services;
- Public Security Authority.
The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processorpursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR no. 679/2016, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of any data processors is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of Oiltech S.r.l..
Users’ rights
Pursuant to Articles. 15-22 of gdpr no. 679/2016 users can:
a. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the Data;
b. know the purposes of the processing, the recipients, the retention period;
c. obtain rectification or erasure or, where applicable, restriction of processing;
d. oppose the processing;
e. where applicable, receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the Data provided to the Data Controller, as well astransmit such Data to another Data Controller without hindrance from the Data Controller;
f. lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data.
